PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT TOTAL FEE:
1. Initial payment of $1500.00 (may vary depending upon treatment plan) followed by equal monthly payments no longer than the estimated treatment time (our office assumes the interest fee)*
2. Payment in full at the start of treatment (less insurance portion) 7% courtesy fee is offered with cash/check or 4% courtesy fee for credit card payment.
3. Payment of one half of the total fee at the start of treatment, the remaining half paid at the start of the 2nd year (reduce insurance portion). A 4% courtesy fee is offered (credit cards not included) on the remaining balance.
4. Equal payments of total fee (less insurance portion) for no longer than estimated treatment time (our office assumes the interest fee). This option is not available for Invisalign treatment due to the high initial lab costs for our office.
5. Outside financing-our office offers Care Credit 24, 36, 48 and 60 month payment plans are available if credit criteria is suitable. The financing Care Credit charges 11.9% interest to the patient. A 5% processing fee is paid for the patient by our office. You may contact Care Credit for more information at1-866-893-7864.
6. If the balance on your account is $500. or more, please consider paying it in full and receive a 4% courtesy fee (credit cards not included)
*In the event that the patient would need to transfer from our practice (i.e. Relocation, personal choice etc.). This is the default payment plan used to calculate balances to determine fees owed or refunds.
