Shelby "Orthodontic dental assisting is a new career for me. I recently entered this field and for the past nine months have been working for Dr. Mehan. As a new entry to orthodontic assisting, it has been a wonderful learning experience being with other assistants who have many years of training. I am always learning something new! I find that each day I am capable of new tasks and improve my skills as an orthodontic assistant. The career is challenging but rewarding. Helping people feel good about their smiles and image is very satisfying. I come to work each day excited about what I'll be doing. I love the people that I work with and the patients that we treat. I plan to pursue this career for years to come." |
