Carin- I am a1980 graduate of the Dental Assisting Program at NHTI.  As a Certified Dental Assistant I have had the opportunity to work in different dental specialties.  I have spent the last 20 years  working with Dr. Mehan, where I obtained my Certification in Expanded Orthodontic Functions.  Along with assisting in orthodontics, I am responsible for patient photography and computer imaging in the office. I am continuing to expand my interest in the computerization of our office, focusing on our website "drmehan.com ".   I truly enjoy all the wonderful patients and parents (and fellow assistants!) that I've come to know through the practice.  As I point out a "Dr. Mehan Smile" to my daughter when we are out and about, she responds by answering "you know everyone who went to Dr. Mehan's!"
